On crowded weekends and public holidays, when the park closes at 10:00 PM, tickets may run out by 11:00 AM. On days when the park closes at 9:00 PM or 8:00 PM, tickets can run out by 10:00 AM.
After 9:00 AM, only tickets for late afternoon entry may be available. If you plan to leave the park around 5:00 PM with children, it’s best to arrive before 8:00 AM to secure a ticket in time.
In the mornings, it can take around 20 to 30 minutes to enter the park, so even if you arrive at 8:00 AM, you might not be able to obtain a ticket until 8:30 AM.

How to Get a Mario Timed Entry Ticket via the USJ App
You can get a Super Nintendo World timed entry ticket either through the app or in person. However, it is strongly recommended to use the app, as getting a paper ticket inside USJ can take 10 to 15 minutes, during which time the earlier time slots may run out.
The digital ticket available through the app is called an e-Ticket.
