【Expo 2025 Grand Ring and Italy Pavilion!】 Osaka Castle Projection Mapping “SINFONIA”

Osaka Castle glows with Italian art and spectacular light! “SINFONIA,” a free, limited-time projection-mapping show marking 160 years of diplomatic ties between Japan and Italy, transforms Osaka Castle from October 15 through October 25, 2026. NAKED designed the show; no reservation is required.

Each show lasts about six minutes, tracing the story from Toyotomi Hideyoshi's 16th-century castle through the 1866 diplomatic relationship to Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai and the future.
【Three highlights】
1. A golden Osaka Castle and the 16th-century Tensho Embassy's encounters with Italian culture.
2. Japanese and Italian arts, crafts and patterns celebrating 160 years of exchange.
3. Imagery inspired by Expo 2025's Grand Ring and Italy Pavilion, followed by a finale stretching from Osaka Castle into space.
