[Mika Ninagawa Exhibition with EiM: Light of the Other Shore, Shadow of This Shore]
From January 11th (Sat) to March 30th (Sun), 2025, the "Mika Ninagawa Exhibition with EiM: Light of the Other Shore, Shadow of This Shore" will be held at the Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art! This will be the largest solo exhibition by Mika Ninagawa to date in the Kansai region.

This exhibition brings together works by Mika Ninagawa and the creative team EiM. With approximately 4,000 spider lilies and art pieces crafted from 100,000 crystals, the exhibition offers an overwhelming sense of scale and a fantastical world that can only be experienced in Kyoto.

Message from Mika Ninagawa:
"Inspired by the city of Kyoto, this exhibition explores the boundaries between reality and unreality, life and death, and light and shadow. I hope many people will experience it."

Comment from Hiroaki Miyata (EiM Executive Producer):
"Using Kyoto as a motif, the exhibition revolves around the theme of 'a journey to another world.' I hope it will evoke a sense of connection between people and the world, and inspire a new journey towards the future."
