【GREEN×EXPO 2027 1 Year Before Event Report】
In the first part, official ambassador Mana Ashida and the official mascot "Tunk Tunk" appeared.

Furthermore, a special talk was held with Yujin Kitagawa and Koji Iwasawa of the music duo "Yuzu," who have been newly appointed as official ambassadors.

Regarding the venue's content, Ms. Ashida commented,
"I'm so excited to go, as it seems like I'll be able to feel the charm of nature with my whole body."

She also spoke about the new brand slogan, "With the Earth. Let's go bloom,"
"It's a wonderful phrase that will stimulate various imaginations depending on who receives it," and expressed her anticipation for the event.

And the two members of Yuzu, who have been appointed as official ambassadors,
announced the production of a collaboration song to liven up GREEN×EXPO 2027.

Kitagawa commented, "I'm honored to be chosen as an ambassador. As a Yokohama citizen, I'm very happy."
"2027 marks our 30th anniversary since our debut. I feel a strange sense of destiny."

Regarding the song, she expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "I want to express the strength to forge a path to the future, as well as the gentleness and beauty of plants."

Iwasawa also commented, "I want to convey the charm of Yokohama's nature," and shared his thoughts on the event.

Furthermore, to commemorate their appointment as ambassadors, a yuzu tree was planted at the venue.

The hope is that "we will watch this tree grow together with all the visitors."

GREEN×EXPO 2027 is an international exposition themed on flowers, greenery, and nature.

Preparations for the 2027 event are now in full swing.
