SUPER NINTENDO WORLD timed-entry ticket availability and crowds
SUPER NINTENDO WORLD requires a free Area Timed Entry Ticket or an Express Pass, or a guaranteed-entry ticket included with a JTB hotel package to enter the area.
The timed-entry ticket specifies when you may pass through the area entrance. On busy days, the assigned time may be several hours later.
Try to enter the park as early as possible and get a timed-entry ticket immediately after entering.
Once timed-entry ticket distribution ends, the system switches to lottery tickets.
The chance of winning a lottery ticket is very low.

Attractions with shorter waits even on busy days
Here are attractions that may remain less crowded or have shorter waits even on busy days.
Hello Kitty’s Cupcake Dream
Even on extremely busy days, the wait rarely exceeds 30 minutes.
Castle Walk
This attraction lets you walk through Hogwarts Castle and enjoy the world of Harry Potter.
WaterWorld
This show attraction features movie stunts performed right in front of you in a venue that holds more than 3,000 people.
Because showtimes are scheduled, you may be able to enter shortly before the show starts if admission has not been restricted.
On busy days, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early.
Attractions eligible for Yoyakunori timed reservations
For Universal Wonderland attractions such as Flying Snoopy and Snoopy’s Flying Ace Adventure, as well as Minion Freeze Ray Sliders, you can get a free timed reservation called “Yoyakunori.”
On busy days, Yoyakunori distribution may end early, so after entering the park, get one early from a Yoyakunori ticket machine near the attraction you want to experience.

When attraction waits are already long, you may want to avoid a long lunch wait too.

Reserve priority seating
Three USJ restaurants let you reserve a preferred arrival time in advance.
You can also order an anniversary cake as an option.
This is not a table reservation. If you arrive during your reserved time window, you will be given priority seating as soon as a table becomes available.
On some busy days, restaurants may also accept same-day queue registration at the entrance and notify you by automated phone call when your turn is approaching, after which you may be seated after a short wait.

This restaurant serves authentic aged beef and beer.
Beyond lunch, you can also enjoy parfaits and other desserts in a relaxed setting.

Here are some options to consider.
Discovery Restaurant
Because it is located toward the back of the park, this restaurant can be relatively less crowded.
Mel’s Drive-In
This restaurant is near Hollywood Dream – The Ride, and the stage in front of it also hosts a singer show called Power of Pop.
Because it serves hamburgers, food comes out quickly. Even if the indoor seating is full, you can eat on the terrace or in the nearby mask-free zone (the lagoon bench area), making it a good choice for a quick meal.
Recommended restaurants to visit at less busy times
If you avoid the restaurant rush around 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., it is easier to get in smoothly even on busy days.
For popular restaurants, we recommend going during the 11 a.m. hour or after 1:30 p.m.
